Fruit & Veggie Color Sorting Set, Soft Plush Sensory Toy

Red apple, red pepper, red strawberry, red basket. That is the whole game, and a three-year-old will run it for twenty minutes without being asked twice.

Four soft baskets, each one printed with its colour, and twelve plush fruits and vegetables with faces on them. Fill the baskets. Tip them out. Start again.

Every piece does something with its hands. The avocado pulls apart. The banana peels. The corn crinkles, and the husk folds back. The pepper has a jingle inside. The broccoli is a shaggy pom, the pineapple a tight bobbled knit.

Nothing here plugs in, nothing has a volume button, and nothing needs you to find a screwdriver and two AA batteries on a Sunday morning.
